Prudentica was founded in Belagavi, Karnataka, with a straightforward mission: bring enterprise-grade CX consulting expertise to businesses of all sizes — without the bloat of large consultancies or the guesswork of generalist IT firms.

Our founders spent years on the inside — as solution architects, support engineers, and platform specialists at some of the world's leading CCaaS vendors. We saw the same problems repeat: implementations rushed without strategy, platforms misconfigured, teams under-trained, and ROI left on the table.
